HISTORIKU – Qendra Rinore “PO” eshte hapur ne Tirane, ne vitin 2000, si nje projekt ambicioz i Qendres Shqiptare per Popullsine dhe Zhvillimin (QSHPZH) duke patur ne fokus te aktivitetit te saj te Rinjte. Per 7 vjet Qendra Rinore ka funksionuar si nje qender keshillimi dhe ofruese sherbimesh te Shendetit Seksual dhe Riprodhues te pershtatshme dhe cilesore per moshat e reja. Puna produktive e stafit te qendres dhe vullnetareve ka kontribuar ne permiresimin e situates se shendetit seksual dhe riprodhues ne Shqiperi.
Se fundmi qendra eshte rinovuar ne konceptim te sherbimeve dhe te ambjenteve duke u fokusuar te ofrimi i Sherbimeve Miqesore per te Rinjte deri ne moshen 24 vjec, duke mos perjashtuar edhe moshat me te rritura.
Ne kuader te "10 Ditet e Aktivizmit", - aktivitet me fokus te rinjte i cili per here te pare eshte zhvilluar ne Dhejtor te vitit 2010 nga IPPF dhe nje vit me vone nga Y-Peer me pjesemarrjen e 31 shteteve ne mbare boten, - Qendra Rinore PO jep kontributin e saj permes organizimit te disa aktiviteteve te cilat jane pjese e kesaj fushate rinore. Informohuni dhe behuni edhe ju pjese aktive e te rinjve te perfshire ne "10 Ditet e Aktivizmit".

Te ndertuarit e nje bote me te mire: Bashkepunimi me te Rinjte
Ne vigjilje te Dites Nderkombetare te Te Rinjve 2012, Rrjeti ‘Ndergjegjesim Seksual per te Rinjte’ Per Evropen - NSRE - i Rrjetit Europian te IPPF (Federata Nderkombetare e Planifikimit Familjar), kerkon te theksoje rendesine e bashkepunimit te rinj-te rritur ne realizimin e Shendetit Seksual dhe Riprodhues dhe te te Drejtave per te rinjte.
Shqetesimi yne me i madh eshte se ne ditet e sotme, te rinjte ne Evrope dhe Azine Qendrore akoma nuk mund te realizojne Shendetin e tyre Seksual dhe te Drejtat. Mungesa e edukimit seksual gjitheperfshires dhe aksesi i vogel ne sherbimet miqesore per te rinjte jane pengesa me e madhe per te rinjte qe ata te marrin vendime te informuara lidhur me trupin dhe jeten e tyre. Keto kushte i vene te rinjte ne pozita jofavozituese dhe tjetersuese duke kufizuar potencialin e tyre, aftesite dhe mundesite per te ardhmen.
NSRE ka besim te plote ne forcen dhe fuqine per ndryshim te te rinjve duke e konsideruar bashkepunimin te rinj-te rritur nje perparesi. Kjo u mundeson te rinjve te ndermarrin nje rol aktiv dhe pjesemarrje ne proceset vendim-marrese qe ndikojne jeten e tyre. Nese duam qe shendeti seksual dhe riprodhues dhe te drejtat e te rinjve te behen realitet, eshte thelbesore qe ata te jene te perfshire ne te gjitha nivelet e vendim-marrjes.
Sekretari i Pergjithshem i KB, Ban Ki Moon lidhur me Diten Nderkombetare te te Rinjve: “Ata (te rinjte) jane ngritur per te drejtat e njerezve te shtypur, duke perfshire ata qe vuajne diskriminimin bazuar ne gjini, race dhe drejtim seksual. Ata po perballen me ceshtje te ndjeshme me qellimin qe te ndalojne perhapjen e HIV. Ata shpesh drejtojne perpjekjet avokuese te te jetuarit ne nje ambjent te gjelber dhe te qendrueshem.
Investimi tek te rinjte do te na shperbleje me nje te ardhme me te mire per te gjithe ne.”
Ne u bejme thirrje te gjithe vendim-marresve dhe shoqerise civile te ndermarrin veprim per te realizuar:
Ofrimin e edukates seksuale gjitheperfshirese bashke me sherbimet miqesore per te rinjte, pavaresisht nga statusi shoqeror, grupi etnik, gjuha, statusi me HIV, drejtimi seksual dhe vendodhja gjeografike.
Bashkepunim domethenes me te rinjte:
Perfshirja e te rinjve ne zhvillimin, zbatimin dhe vleresimin e politikave dhe programeve qe lidhen me te rinjte. Te rinjte jane shpesh ata qe jane me familjar me nevojat e tyre dhe dine sesi te zbatojne praktikat dhe sesi te adresojne keto nevoja.
Perfshirje e te rinjve ne proceset vendim-marrese: perfaqesim kuptimplote te te rinjve ne borde apo entitete te ndryshme vendim-marrese si bashkepunetore aktiv. Te rinjte jane te angazhuar, krijues dhe ne vendin e duhur per te drejtuar vendimet qe do te ndikojne jetet e tyre.
Disa fakte lidhur me situaten e te rinjve ne Shqiperi:
Studimi Demografik Shendetesor 2008-2009 tregon nivele shume te uleta te perdorimit te metodave kontraceptive (11%).
Pjesa me e madhe e shqiptareve ne moshe riprodhuese besojne ne terheqjen dhe (95% e burrave) abortin si metode kontraceptive per parandalimin nga shtatzenite e padeshiruara.
Per moshen 18-22 raportohet nje rritje e numrit te aborteve.
Edhe per te rinjte ne Shqiperi burim kryesor i informacionit mbeten faqet e internetit, mediat sociale, shoket.
Ne dhjetor te 2011, jane identifikuar 485 raste te HIV; 72 raste te reja jane identifikuar ne 2012. Me shume se 90 % te ketyre infeksioneve kane ndodhur si rezultat e kontaktit seksual (82% heteroseksuale dhe 10% homo-biseksuale).
Edukata seksuale gjitheperfshirese mungon ne shkolla.

Youth staff in collaboration with the young volunteers of youth center “PO” designed and printed a leaflet tailored towards sexual rights of young people. Copies of leaflets will be distributed by young volunteers during the activities of 10 days of activism. The leaflet will serve as a tool to raise awareness of young people on their rights related to sexuality appealing them to fully enjoy their sexual life, have comprehensive knowledge about our body and sexuality and protect themselves from unplanned pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections including HIV.

On the occasion of “10 Days of Activism” an awareness campaign took place at the hills of Lake of Tirana. Informative desks with leaflets, brochures, booklets, flyers, were available to young passers (14-24) not excluding older ages. 15 young volunteers of youth center “PO” and staff were involved with IEC materials presentation and distribution. Throughout the campaign message “We demand Comprehensive Sexual Education “was appropriately conveyed toward young ages. People who received information and condoms expressed to be satisfied with such initiative: “This activity fulfill our needs for information and education on SRHR – a young girl from Tirana”.

Sipas Trustit Kombetar te Sides, informacioni i papershtatshem dhe vjeteruar rreth HIV po pengon perpjekjet per te permiresuar shkallen e hershme te diagnostikimit.
Bamiresia kreu nje audit te faqeve web qe pasqyrojne informacione mbi HIV dhe ceshtjeve te tjera te shendetit seksual dhe pa se pjesa me e madhe e informacionit ishte e pasakte dhe e vjeteruar.
Drejtori ekzekutiv i TKS Deborah Jack [tha] se informacioni rreth simptomave ne vecanti ishte i pasakte dhe jepte nje “mundesi te humbur” per permiresimin e perqindjeve te diagnostikimit te hershem.
“Duke ditur se pjesa me e madhe e infeksioneve te reja vijne nga njerez qe nuk jane diagnostikuar- shumica e tyre ne nje faze te hershme te infeksionit- kjo eshte nje mundesi reale e humbur per edukimin e tyre,” tha ajo.
“Nuk ka informacion rreth simptomave te pergjithshme qe mund te identiofikoje kushdo dhe ate c’ka mund te beje nese i perjeton ato, pasi jeta e tyre eshte vene ne rrezik.”
Ajo tha se faqet Web shpesh deklarojne se shume njerez nuk kane simptoma te infeksionit HIV per vite te tera madje se rreth 70-90% e njerezve shfaqin simptoma gjate konvertimit sero...
Ms Jack tha se zona me e pergjithshme ku informacioni rezultoi i vjeteruar eshte ne testim e siper. Ajo pohon se nje numer klinikash deklarojne se laboratoret mund te testojne per anti trupa HIV, ndersa tani ato mund te testojne per antigene dhe pothuaj ne te gjitha klinikat perdoren keto teste.
Websitet gjithashtu kane deklaruar se nuk ka kuptim te marrjen e nje testi per te pakten tre muaj dhe se pacientet kane nevoje te presin per testin dhe ta dergojne ne laborator per te marre rezultatet.
Takime me te rinjte e komunitetit ROM
Gjate muajve Shtator – Tetor 2011, stafi i CHOICES organizoi disa takime me te rinjte e komunitetit Rom. Keto takime u mbajten nga stafi si dhe disa edukatore bashkemoshatare te cilet sherbyen ne pozicionin e trajnuesve te te rinjve. Gjate ketyre takimeve u be nje prezantim i detajuar i qellimit te punes se projektit si edhe aktiviteteve qe do te zbatohen duke theksuar keshtu Informacionin, Komunikimin dhe Edukimin si edhe Sherbimet Miqesore per Te Rinj qe qendrat rinore dhe klinikat e ketyre qendrave ofrojne.
Stafi rinor dhe edukatoret bashkemoshatare vizituan te rinjte ne lagjet rome, universitete / shkolla te mesme dhe promovuan sherbimet qe klinikat e QSHPZH ofrojne per te rinjte, shperdnane fletepalosje dhe iu pergjigjen pyetjeve te bera nga te rinjte lidhur me shendetin seksual dhe riprodhues.
Permes pyetjeve te drejteperdrejta qe u drejtuan nga stafi i projektit CHOICES si edhe diskutimit te hapur rreth nevojave te komunitetit Rom per informacion lidhur me Shendetin Riprodhues dhe Seksual u identifikuan keto ceshtje: komunitetit Rom i nevojitet informacion mbi komponentet e Shendetit Riprodhues, Semundjet Seksualisht te Transmetueshme, Te Drejtat seksuale, ceshtjet gjinore; keshillime per shtatzanite, testim te SST-ve, prezervative etj.
